Forms, Notifications, and Permission Requests Policy

          This Policy supplements the Rights and Usage Policy and governs the submission and administration of notifications, metadata requests, permission enquiries, and related materials.

1. Introduction and Important Notice

          This Policy provides information about the notification, metadata, collaboration, commercial-use, and special-permission processes currently available through The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          It explains whether a form may be required, which form is most appropriate for a proposed use, and the requirements governing submissions, supporting materials, communications, and related administrative procedures.

This Policy supplements the Rights and Usage Policy. It does not replace, amend, expand, or override the Rights and Usage Policy, and it must be read together with that Policy.

          Before submitting any form, users are strongly encouraged to read the current Rights and Usage Policy in full and consider whether the proposed use complies with all applicable requirements.

          If any wording in this Policy differs from or appears inconsistent with the current Rights and Usage Policy, the current Rights and Usage Policy will govern.

          Submitting a form does not remove or replace any responsibility to comply with:

                    𑇐 applicable law;

                    𑇐 platform terms and community guidelines;

                    𑇐 distributor requirements;

                    𑇐 licensing requirements;

                    𑇐 royalty or payment obligations;

                    𑇐 rights-administration systems;

                    𑇐 service-provider terms;

                    𑇐 agreements with performers, producers, collaborators, or contractors;

                    𑇐 privacy, advertising, consumer-protection, or other regulatory requirements; or

                    𑇐 the rights of any third party.

          Permission or confirmation from The Sanctuary of Fragility covers only the rights that The Sanctuary of Fragility owns, controls, administers, or is authorised to administer.

          It does not provide any licence, clearance, approval, or permission that must be obtained from another rights holder, platform, distributor, service provider, collecting organisation, licensing body, authority, or other person or entity.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not provide legal advice, platform-compliance advice, distributor approval, or a guarantee that a proposed use will be lawful, accepted, monetised, distributed, or permitted in every territory.

Users remain responsible for evaluating and managing their own proposed use.

2. Choose the Correct Form

          Please select only the form that most closely matches the work, project, release, or proposed use.

          The three available forms serve different purposes:

                    1. General Cover Notification Form

                    2. Metadata Request Form

                    3. Collaboration, Commercial Use, and Special Permission Enquiry Form

General Cover Notification Form

          Use the General Cover Notification Form for an ordinary cover that:

                    𑇐 is newly performed and newly recorded;

                    𑇐 does not use original audio controlled by The Sanctuary of Fragility;

                    𑇐 is not submitted to a music distributor;

                    𑇐 is not sponsored, branded, commissioned, or used in advertising;

                    𑇐 is not presented as an official collaboration;

                    𑇐 does not involve a substantial adaptation or another use requiring separate permission; and

                    𑇐 otherwise complies fully with the Rights and Usage Policy.

          This form is a notification process. It is not a request for individual artistic approval.

          Where the proposed cover is properly within the scope of this form and complies with all applicable requirements, the sender may ordinarily proceed without waiting for an individual response.

Metadata Request Form

          Use the Metadata Request Form where a compliant cover is intended for release through a music distributor and the sender requires metadata confirmation from The Sanctuary of Fragility before submitting the release to that distributor.

          The sender must wait for an express written response confirming the applicable metadata.

          Submitting this form does not authorise the use of original audio, a substantial adaptation, sponsored or branded content, advertising, an official collaboration, or another use requiring separate permission.

Collaboration, Commercial Use, and Special Permission Enquiry Form

          Use the Collaboration, Commercial Use, and Special Permission Enquiry Form for a preliminary enquiry involving matters such as:

                    𑇐 a proposed official collaboration;

                    𑇐 a commission;

                    𑇐 sponsored or branded content;

                    𑇐 advertising or promotional use;

                    𑇐 substantial adaptation;

                    𑇐 commercial audiovisual use;

                    𑇐 film, television, theatre, game, podcast, exhibition, or comparable production;

                    𑇐 organised educational, health, therapeutic, charitable, or institutional use;

                    𑇐 a medley, mashup, remix, or other specially regulated use;

                    𑇐 a preliminary enquiry involving original audio; or

                    𑇐 another use for which express written permission or a separate agreement may be required.

          Submitting this form does not grant permission and does not indicate that permission, collaboration, negotiation, or an agreement is likely to be offered.

          The sender must wait for an express written response and, where applicable, completion of all required terms or agreements before proceeding.

Projects Involving More Than One Type of Use

          If a proposed project involves more than one type of use, the sender should use the form most closely connected to the project’s main purpose and explain all relevant uses within that submission.

          For example, a proposed sponsored audiovisual project that also involves an adapted cover should ordinarily be described in the Collaboration, Commercial Use, and Special Permission Enquiry Form rather than submitted separately through several forms.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may:

                    𑇐 request additional information;

                    𑇐 direct the sender to another form;

                    𑇐 require an updated or replacement submission;

                    𑇐 separate different parts of the proposal for administrative purposes; or

                    𑇐 require a different procedure or written agreement.

Do Not Submit Multiple Forms Unnecessarily

          Please do not submit all available forms merely because you are uncertain which one applies.

          Submitting multiple forms for the same proposal:

                    𑇐 does not increase the likelihood of approval;

                    𑇐 does not accelerate review;

                    𑇐 does not create multiple permissions or rights to proceed;

                    𑇐 does not require The Sanctuary of Fragility to review every duplicate submission; and

                    𑇐 may delay or complicate the administrative process.

          Where a submission has been made through an unsuitable form, The Sanctuary of Fragility may:

                    𑇐 redirect the submission;

                    𑇐 request clarification;

                    𑇐 ask the sender to use another form;

                    𑇐 require a new or replacement submission;

                    𑇐 close the unsuitable submission; or

                    𑇐 decline to continue reviewing it.

      Effect of Choosing or Submitting a Form

          Choosing or submitting a form does not by itself determine that:

                    𑇐 the form is suitable;

                    𑇐 the submission is complete;

                    𑇐 the proposed use is eligible;

                    𑇐 the information provided is accurate;

                    𑇐 the proposed use complies with the Rights and Usage Policy;

                    𑇐 permission has been granted;

                    𑇐 metadata has been confirmed;

                    𑇐 a proposal or collaboration has been accepted; or

                    𑇐 the sender has acquired a right to proceed.

          The full effect of a submission, including the effect of automated acknowledgements, required waiting periods, and response times, is explained in Section 7, “Submission, Automated Replies, and Response Times.”

3. Cases Where No Form Is Required

          A form is not required for every use connected with The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          The following activities may ordinarily proceed without submitting one of the forms governed by this Policy, provided that the use remains within the relevant conditions of the Rights and Usage Policy, applicable law, platform terms, licensing requirements, and third-party rights.

Use Through an Official Platform Music Library

          No form is required where a track released by The Sanctuary of Fragility is selected and used entirely through an official music, sound, audio, or similar built-in feature provided by a platform.

          The use must remain within the platform feature and within the rights, account types, territories, monetisation rules, commercial-use rules, content rules, and technical limits provided by that platform.

          This exception does not permit a user to:

                    𑇐 download or extract the audio;

                    𑇐 obtain or reuse the underlying file;

                    𑇐 transfer the audio to another platform;

                    𑇐 edit the audio outside the authorised feature;

                    𑇐 re-upload the audio independently;

                    𑇐 create a replacement or soundalike file;

                    𑇐 register or claim rights in the audio; or

                    𑇐 use the audio beyond the rights provided by the platform.

          The availability of a track through a platform music library does not mean that The Sanctuary of Fragility has reviewed, approved, endorsed, sponsored, or accepted responsibility for the user’s content.

Brief, Incidental, Casual, or Spontaneous Performances

          No form is required for a brief, incidental, casual, or spontaneous performance that remains within the relevant conditions of the Rights and Usage Policy.

          This may include:

                    𑇐 singing a short excerpt in a personal post;

                    𑇐 casually singing part of a song during a livestream;

                    𑇐 performing a verse, chorus, or other limited passage;

                    𑇐 participating in a duet, stitch, challenge, response, or reaction;

                    𑇐 singing during conversation, rehearsal, practice, or an informal gathering; or

                    𑇐 sharing a short excerpt from an otherwise compliant cover.

          This exception does not automatically apply where the use is developed or presented as:

                    𑇐 a planned full cover release;

                    𑇐 a formally produced release;

                    𑇐 a distributor release;

                    𑇐 an advertisement;

                    𑇐 sponsored or branded content;

                    𑇐 a paid production;

                    𑇐 a substantial adaptation;

                    𑇐 an official or authorised version; or

                    𑇐 another separately regulated use.

          If a brief or spontaneous performance is later expanded, formally produced, distributed, sponsored, advertised, or used commercially through a separate arrangement, the requirements applying to that later use must be followed.

Ordinary Live Covers

          No form is required for an ordinary live performance of a compliant general cover.

          This may include performances at concerts, music venues, festivals, community or private events, livestreams, open-mic events, rehearsals open to an audience, or comparable live-performance settings.

          The performance must not be presented as an official, approved, commissioned, sponsored, or collaborative performance involving The Sanctuary of Fragility unless that status has been expressly confirmed in writing.

          The performer, organiser, venue, promoter, broadcaster, platform, and other responsible parties remain responsible for all public-performance licences, venue permissions, royalties, broadcasts, recordings, performer permissions, platform requirements, and third-party rights.

          If the performance is later released through a distributor, used in advertising, sold as a commercial recording, or developed into another separately regulated use, the requirements for that later use must also be followed.

Unofficial Fan Translations

          No form is required merely to create, discuss, display, perform, or use an unofficial fan translation within the limits of the Rights and Usage Policy.

          The translation must be presented clearly as unofficial and must not be described as:

                    𑇐 an official translation;

                    𑇐 an official lyrical adaptation;

                    𑇐 a translation supplied by The Sanctuary of Fragility;

                    𑇐 a reviewed or corrected version;

                    𑇐 an approved or authorised translation;

                    𑇐 an endorsed interpretation; or

                    𑇐 a translation created in collaboration with The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          This does not grant unrestricted permission to reproduce or distribute lyrics separately, use the translation commercially, create merchandise, publish an independent lyric product, or claim rights in the original lyrics.

Non-Commercial Fan Art and Visual Contributions

          No form is required for respectful, non-commercial fan art or visual contributions that comply with the Rights and Usage Policy.

          The work should be presented as unofficial fan work and must not falsely suggest that it was created, commissioned, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or officially connected with The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          The fan work must not be sold, licensed, minted, used as merchandise, used in advertising, incorporated into a commercial product or service, or otherwise used commercially without the required written permission.

Uses Independently Permitted by Applicable Law

          Nothing in this Policy requires a person to submit a form for a use that applicable law independently permits without authorisation.

          However, the existence of an independent legal right does not mean that The Sanctuary of Fragility has:

                    𑇐 reviewed the use;

                    𑇐 approved or endorsed it;

                    𑇐 participated in it;

                    𑇐 accepted responsibility for it;

                    𑇐 confirmed the user’s legal interpretation; or

                    𑇐 granted any additional permission beyond what the law independently provides.

          The person relying on an independent legal right remains responsible for determining whether that right applies.

Important Limitations

          The fact that no form is required does not automatically mean that:

                    𑇐 every form of the use is permitted;

                    𑇐 original audio may be used;

                    𑇐 lyrics may be reproduced or distributed without limitation;

                    𑇐 the use is exempt from licences, royalties, revenue sharing, or rights administration;

                    𑇐 a platform or distributor must accept the use;

                    𑇐 The Sanctuary of Fragility has approved the content or surrounding message; or

                    𑇐 the use may be presented as official, authorised, endorsed, sponsored, or collaborative.

          Where the purpose, format, parties, platform, commercial context, distribution method, or surrounding use later changes, a form or separate written permission may become necessary.

4. Uses Not Eligible for Permission or Official Collaboration

          The forms governed by this Policy do not provide a process for obtaining permission, endorsement, sponsorship, official collaboration, or another exception for every proposed use.

          Submitting a form does not create a right to request or obtain an exception from the restrictions and boundaries stated in the Rights and Usage Policy.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not offer permission or official collaboration under these forms for uses involving:

                    𑇐 political campaigning;

                    𑇐 election campaigning;

                    𑇐 partisan promotion;

                    𑇐 support for or opposition to a political party, candidate, office holder, political movement, or political organisation;

                    𑇐 political fundraising or campaign advertising;

                    𑇐 religious recruitment, conversion, or promotional activity;

                    𑇐 promotion of a religious organisation, sect, cult, doctrine, or belief system;

                    𑇐 ideological propaganda;

                    𑇐 hate or hateful conduct;

                    𑇐 discrimination;

                    𑇐 dehumanisation;

                    𑇐 targeted harassment;

                    𑇐 threats or intimidation;

                    𑇐incitement;

                    𑇐 glorification, celebration, or encouragement of violence;

                    𑇐 violent extremism;

                    𑇐 terrorism or support for terrorist activity;

                    𑇐 exploitation of vulnerable people;

                    𑇐 unlawful activity;

                    𑇐 deliberately misleading claims;

                    𑇐 fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating activity;

                    𑇐 false claims of approval, endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, representation, or official collaboration; or

                    𑇐 another use identified as prohibited or ineligible under the Rights and Usage Policy.

          These restrictions cannot be avoided merely by:

                    𑇐 offering payment;

                    𑇐 describing the use as charitable, educational, artistic, cultural, personal, or non-commercial;

                    𑇐 submitting the use through a different form;

                    𑇐 sending the same request more than once;

                    𑇐 changing the name or description of the project;

                    𑇐 using only part of a song, lyric, recording, image, or other material;

                    𑇐 adding a disclaimer after creating a misleading association; or

                    𑇐 obtaining permission from a cover artist, performer, producer, platform, advertiser, sponsor, or another third party.

          A form submitted for an ineligible or prohibited use does not require The Sanctuary of Fragility to:

                    𑇐 review the complete proposal;

                    𑇐 open submitted links or supporting materials;

                    𑇐 provide an individual explanation;

                    𑇐 enter into discussion or negotiation;

                    𑇐 suggest an alternative structure;

                    𑇐 respond within any particular period; or

                    𑇐 respond at all.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may close, decline, disregard, retain for administrative or rights-protection purposes, or take another appropriate action regarding such a submission.

          Nothing in this section prevents The Sanctuary of Fragility from stating its position, rejecting an implied association, requesting correction or removal, reporting content to a platform or service provider, disputing an unauthorised claim, or taking another lawful and proportionate action where necessary.

5. Original Audio Requests

          Original audio controlled by The Sanctuary of Fragility is not available for ordinary third-party use.

          For the purposes of this Policy, “original audio” may include:

                    𑇐 official master recordings;

                    𑇐 instrumental recordings;

                    𑇐 backing tracks;

                    𑇐 karaoke or performance tracks;

                    𑇐 isolated vocals;

                    𑇐 stems and separated audio components;

                    𑇐 project audio files;

                    𑇐 demos, drafts, rough mixes, alternate versions, and unreleased recordings;

                    𑇐 SUNO-generated audio outputs created for The Sanctuary of Fragility;

                    𑇐 edited, mixed, mastered, processed, or otherwise modified audio files;

                    𑇐 excerpts, snippets, previews, teasers, and short audio clips;

                    𑇐 audio extracted, downloaded, recorded, copied, or captured from a platform, website, podcast, video, livestream, or other source; and

                    𑇐 other audio files or components created for, released by, controlled by, administered by, or expressly authorised for The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          A request involving original audio must not be submitted through the General Cover Notification Form.

          The General Cover Notification Form is intended for newly performed and newly recorded covers using vocals, performances, and accompaniment created or lawfully obtained independently from The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          A request involving original audio must also not be submitted through the Metadata Request Form merely because the proposed project may be distributed through a music distributor.

          Metadata confirmation does not grant permission to use, copy, sample, edit, remix, incorporate, distribute, monetise, register, or otherwise exploit original audio.

          A proposed use involving original audio may be submitted only as a preliminary enquiry through the:

Collaboration, Commercial Use, and Special Permission Enquiry Form

          Submitting such an enquiry:

                    𑇐 does not grant permission;

                    𑇐 does not indicate that permission is likely to be offered;

                    𑇐 does not reserve the audio or proposed opportunity;

                    𑇐 does not create an obligation to review, negotiate, or respond;

                    𑇐 does not permit the requester to begin preparing or publishing the proposed use; and

                    𑇐 does not restrict The Sanctuary of Fragility from declining the proposal.

          Original audio must not be downloaded, extracted, copied, recorded, reproduced, separated, edited, modified, remixed, sampled, looped, incorporated, synchronised, performed over, sung over, used as accompaniment, redistributed, re-uploaded, monetised, registered, submitted to Content ID, or otherwise used unless The Sanctuary of Fragility has provided express written permission for that specific use.

          Where permission is offered, the proposed use must not begin until:

                    𑇐 the permission has been provided expressly in writing;

                    𑇐 the specific audio and proposed use have been identified;

                    𑇐 all necessary terms have been agreed;

                    𑇐 any required licence, commission, collaboration, or other written agreement has been completed; and

                    𑇐 all additional third-party rights, licences, clearances, payments, platform requirements, and legal obligations have been satisfied.

          Permission involving one recording, excerpt, version, file, platform, project, party, territory, purpose, or period does not apply to another.

          The ability to submit a preliminary enquiry does not change the general position that original audio is not available for ordinary third-party use.

6. Link and Supporting-Material Requirements

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may allow users to include links or supporting materials where they are reasonably necessary to explain, identify, or assess a proposed use.

          Submitting a link or supporting material does not guarantee that The Sanctuary of Fragility will open, access, review, download, retain, or respond to it.

          The sender is responsible for ensuring that every submitted link and supporting material is safe, relevant, accurate, lawfully shared, and appropriately configured for review.

View-Only and Publicly Accessible Links

          Submitted links should ordinarily:

                    𑇐 open through a standard web browser;

                    𑇐 be view-only;

                    𑇐 be accessible without signing in;

                    𑇐 not require the viewer to create an account;

                    𑇐 not require a password;

                    𑇐 not require a request for access;

                    𑇐 not require the viewer to disclose a personal email address, account name, profile, or other identifying information;

                    𑇐 not require installation of an application, extension, plugin, certificate, or software;

                    𑇐 not begin an automatic download;

                    𑇐 display the destination domain clearly; and

                    𑇐 remain available for a reasonable period after submission.

          A request for access means a process through which the viewer must ask the owner of a restricted file, folder, page, or workspace for permission to view it.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility is not required to send an access request, disclose an account identity, contact the owner of a restricted file, or take additional steps to obtain access to submitted materials.

          If access requires approval, sign-in, account disclosure, or another restricted process, the material may be treated as unavailable and may not be reviewed.

Preferred Link Types

          Where possible, users should provide links from established services that allow materials to be viewed safely and transparently without requiring a download or account login.

          Examples may include publicly accessible or properly configured view-only links from services such as:

                    𑇐 YouTube;

                    𑇐 Facebook;

                    𑇐 Instagram;

                    𑇐 SoundCloud;

                    𑇐 Vimeo;

                    𑇐 Google Docs;

                    𑇐 Google Sheets;

                    𑇐 Google Slides;

                    𑇐 Google Drive preview pages;

                    𑇐 Canva; or

                    𑇐 another established service offering comparable browser-based, view-only access.

          The inclusion of a service in this list does not mean that every link from that service will be opened or treated as safe.

          Links must still be configured appropriately and may be declined where the destination, content, permissions, behaviour, or surrounding circumstances create a reasonable concern.

Downloads, Attachments, and Executable Content

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not undertake to download files to a device in order to review a submission.

          Users should not submit materials that require the downloading or opening of:

                    𑇐 executable files;

                    𑇐 installers;

                    𑇐 applications;

                    𑇐 scripts;

                    𑇐 macros;

                    𑇐 browser extensions;

                    𑇐 plugins;

                    𑇐 compressed archives;

                    𑇐 password-protected files;

                    𑇐 disk images;

                    𑇐 unknown file formats;

                    𑇐 files that automatically launch another process;

                    𑇐 files that request elevated permissions; or

                    𑇐 other content that may create a security, privacy, malware, tracking, or technical risk.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may decline to download or open any file, including an ordinary document, image, audio file, or video file, where browser-based viewing is unavailable or where downloading is considered unnecessary or unsafe.

          If supporting material can be provided through a secure browser-based preview, the sender should use that method instead.

QR Codes and Concealed Destinations

          The Sanctuary of Fragility will not ordinarily scan QR codes or similar machine-readable codes submitted in place of a visible URL.

          Users should provide the full, readable web address or a clearly labelled hyperlink whose destination can be identified before opening.

          Users should not submit:

                    𑇐 URL shorteners that conceal the final destination;

                    𑇐 misleading hyperlinks;

                    𑇐 links whose visible text does not match the actual destination;

                    𑇐 redirects through unfamiliar or unnecessary intermediary pages;

                    𑇐 encoded or obfuscated links;

                    𑇐 links designed to track the viewer unnecessarily; or

                    𑇐 links that change destination according to the viewer, device, region, or account without clear notice.

          Where a shortened or redirected link is reasonably necessary, the sender should also provide the final destination domain and explain why the redirect is being used.

No Login, Personal Account, or Additional Interaction

          The Sanctuary of Fragility is not required to:

                    𑇐 sign in to a personal or project account;

                    𑇐 create an account;

                    𑇐 accept an invitation to join a workspace, server, folder, group, channel, team, or organisation;

                    𑇐 follow, subscribe to, add, or connect with an account;

                    𑇐 verify an identity through another service;

                    𑇐 provide a telephone number;

                    𑇐 provide payment information;

                    𑇐 complete a survey or unrelated form;

                    𑇐 accept cookies or tracking beyond what is reasonably necessary to view an ordinary webpage;

                    𑇐 communicate through a third-party messaging system;

                    𑇐 enable editing access;

                    𑇐 upload a file;

                    𑇐 install software; or

                    𑇐 complete any other additional interaction merely to access supporting material.

          Supporting material should be prepared so that it can be reviewed passively and safely.

Security and Reputation Checks

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may examine a submitted URL before opening it and may use a reputable third-party security, transparency, reputation, malware-analysis, or URL-inspection service.

          Such services may include, for example:

                    𑇐 VirusTotal;

                    𑇐 Google Safe Browsing or Google Transparency Report;

                    𑇐 URLScan.io; or

                    𑇐 another service offering comparable security or reputation information.

          A submitted URL, destination domain, IP address, page metadata, screenshot, technical indicator, or related information may be processed, recorded, or made visible through such a third-party service according to that service’s own terms and privacy practices.

          Users should therefore not place confidential information, personal data, access tokens, passwords, private identifiers, sensitive project details, or other restricted information directly in a URL.

          The use of a security-checking service does not guarantee that a link is safe, lawful, authentic, or free from harmful content.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may still decline to open a link after a check has produced no warning.

Right Not to Open or Review Materials

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may decline to open, access, download, or review any link or supporting material where there is a reasonable concern relating to:

                    𑇐 security;

                    𑇐 malware;

                    𑇐 phishing;

                    𑇐 fraud;

                    𑇐 impersonation;

                    𑇐 tracking;

                    𑇐 privacy;

                    𑇐 account exposure;

                    𑇐 suspicious redirects;

                    𑇐 hidden destinations;

                    𑇐 restricted access;

                    𑇐 unclear ownership;

                    𑇐 unlawful content;

                    𑇐 irrelevant content;

                    𑇐 abusive content;

                    𑇐 excessive file size;

                    𑇐 incompatible technology;

                    𑇐 technical instability;

                    𑇐 unnecessary complexity; or

                    𑇐 any other trust, safety, legal, administrative, or practical concern.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility is not required to explain the technical basis for declining to open a link or supporting material.

          A refusal or failure to review supporting material does not:

                    𑇐 approve the proposed use;

                    𑇐 reject the proposed use on its merits;

                    𑇐 create an obligation to request a safer replacement;

                    𑇐 extend a deadline;

                    𑇐 suspend any applicable requirement;

                    𑇐 authorise the sender to proceed; or

                    𑇐 make an incomplete submission complete.

          Where supporting material is important to the proposal, the sender remains responsible for providing it in a safe, accessible, relevant, and reviewable form.

Accuracy, Rights, and Responsibility

          The sender must have the lawful right or authority to share any submitted link or supporting material.

          The sender must not submit material that:

                    𑇐 infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, publicity, trademark, data-protection, or other rights;

                    𑇐 contains personal information about another person without an appropriate basis;

                    𑇐 contains confidential or restricted information that the sender is not authorised to disclose;

                    𑇐 has been unlawfully obtained;

                    𑇐 falsely identifies its creator, owner, source, status, or relationship to The Sanctuary of Fragility; or

                    𑇐 is submitted in a way that may expose The Sanctuary of Fragility or another person to legal, security, privacy, or technical risk.

          Submission of supporting material does not transfer ownership of that material to The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          It also does not create confidentiality, exclusivity, a professional relationship, an official collaboration, or an obligation to use, preserve, return, delete, or respond to the material, except where expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

          Users should retain their own copies of all submitted materials and should not submit the only existing copy of any file or information.

7. Submission, Automated Replies, and Response Times

          Submitting a form begins only the administrative process applicable to that form.

          The effect of a submission depends on:

                    𑇐 the form used;

                    𑇐 the information provided;

                    𑇐 the proposed use;

                    𑇐 whether the form is suitable for that use;

                    𑇐 whether the submission is complete and accurate;

                    𑇐 whether separate written permission, confirmation, negotiation, or an agreement is required; and

                    𑇐 the requirements of this Policy and the current Rights and Usage Policy.

          Before submitting a form, users must read:

                    𑇐 the description and purpose of the relevant form;

                    𑇐 all instructions and notices displayed with that form;

                    𑇐 the relevant provisions of this Policy; and

                    𑇐 the current Rights and Usage Policy.

Confirmation of Receipt

          After submitting a form, the sender may receive:

                    𑇐 an automated acknowledgement;

                    𑇐 an email confirmation;

                    𑇐 a copy of the submitted responses;

                    𑇐 a delivery notification;

                    𑇐 a system-generated reference;

                    𑇐 a confirmation page; or

                    𑇐 another message indicating that the submission has been received or recorded.

          Any such message confirms only that the relevant system appears to have received or recorded the submission.

          It does not constitute:

                    𑇐 permission;

                    𑇐 approval;

                    𑇐 artistic approval;

                    𑇐 endorsement;

                    𑇐 sponsorship;

                    𑇐 acceptance of a proposal;

                    𑇐 acceptance of a collaboration;

                    𑇐 metadata confirmation;

                    𑇐 confirmation that the submission is complete;

                    𑇐 confirmation that the form used is appropriate;

                    𑇐 confirmation that the information provided is accurate;

                    𑇐 confirmation that the proposed use is eligible;

                    𑇐 confirmation that the proposed use complies with this Policy or the Rights and Usage Policy;

                    𑇐 confirmation that the proposed use is lawful;

                    𑇐 confirmation that all required rights, licences, clearances, payments, or third-party permissions have been obtained;

                    𑇐 a promise to review;

                    𑇐 a promise to negotiate;

                    𑇐 a guarantee of a response;

                    𑇐 a reservation of a song, work, recording, project, opportunity, release date, territory, platform, or commercial arrangement; or

                    𑇐 permission to begin, announce, publish, distribute, promote, sell, license, or otherwise proceed with the proposed use.

          An automated acknowledgement, confirmation page, delivery receipt, or system-generated reference does not override any:

                    𑇐 restriction;

                    𑇐 waiting requirement;

                    𑇐 approval requirement;

                    𑇐 metadata-confirmation requirement;

                    𑇐 requirement for express written permission;

                    𑇐 requirement for a completed agreement; or

                    𑇐 other condition stated in the relevant form, this Policy, or the Rights and Usage Policy.

General Cover Notification Form

          The General Cover Notification Form is a notification process rather than a request for individual artistic approval.

          A sender may ordinarily proceed without waiting for an individual response only where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

                    𑇐 the proposed use is properly within the scope of the General Cover Notification Form;

                    𑇐 the form has been completed accurately, fully, and in good faith;

                    𑇐 the proposed cover complies fully with the current Rights and Usage Policy;

                    𑇐 no separate written permission is required;

                    𑇐 no original audio controlled by The Sanctuary of Fragility is used;

                    𑇐 the proposed use is not a distributor release;

                    𑇐 the proposed use is not sponsored, branded, advertising, promotional, commissioned, or otherwise separately regulated;

                    𑇐 the proposed use is not presented as official, approved, authorised, endorsed, sponsored, or collaborative; and

                    𑇐 all applicable legal, licensing, platform, contractual, royalty, and third-party requirements have been satisfied.

          Submission of the General Cover Notification Form does not mean that The Sanctuary of Fragility has:

                    𑇐 reviewed the completed cover;

                    𑇐 approved its artistic interpretation;

                    𑇐 verified the accuracy of the submission;

                    𑇐 confirmed that the form applies;

                    𑇐 confirmed compliance with every applicable requirement;

                    𑇐 cleared third-party materials;

                    𑇐 accepted responsibility for the cover; or

                    𑇐 endorsed the surrounding content, context, message, account, or project.

          The sender remains responsible for determining whether the notification process applies.

          If the proposed use falls outside the scope of the General Cover Notification Form, submitting that form does not authorise the use.

Forms Requiring an Express Written Response

          The sender must wait for an express written response where the relevant process requires:

                    𑇐 metadata confirmation;

                    𑇐 permission;

                    𑇐 approval;

                    𑇐 negotiation;

                    𑇐 a licence;

                    𑇐 a commission;

                    𑇐 a collaboration agreement;

                    𑇐 a commercial-use agreement;

                    𑇐 special conditions; or

                    𑇐 another written arrangement.

          This includes submissions made through:

                    𑇐 the Metadata Request Form; and

                    𑇐 the Collaboration, Commercial Use, and Special Permission Enquiry Form.

          While the required response, confirmation, permission, or agreement remains pending, the sender must not:

                    𑇐 submit a proposed release to a distributor;

                    𑇐 begin a use requiring prior permission;

                    𑇐 announce that the proposal has been approved;

                    𑇐 announce or imply that an official collaboration exists;

                    𑇐 present the project as official, authorised, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with The Sanctuary of Fragility;

                    𑇐 publish, sell, license, distribute, advertise, or promote the proposed use;

                    𑇐 enter into commitments with third parties in reliance on expected approval; or

                    𑇐 otherwise proceed on the basis of the pending submission.

          Silence, delay, failure to respond, a technical delivery confirmation, or the passage of time does not constitute:

                    𑇐 permission;

                    𑇐 approval;

                    𑇐 metadata confirmation;

                    𑇐 acceptance;

                    𑇐 waiver;

                    𑇐 consent;

                    𑇐 agreement; or

                    𑇐 a right to proceed.

No Guaranteed Review or Response Time

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not guarantee that every submission will be reviewed, answered, negotiated, or completed within a particular period.

          Response times may vary depending on:

                    𑇐 the type of form;

                    𑇐 the completeness and clarity of the information;

                    𑇐 the complexity of the proposed use;

                    𑇐 the number of works, recordings, materials, parties, territories, or platforms involved;

                    𑇐 the need to verify rights, ownership, credits, or metadata;

                    𑇐 the need for corrected or additional information;

                    𑇐 technical or administrative availability;

                    𑇐 the number of pending submissions;

                    𑇐 security, trust, fraud, or authenticity concerns;

                    𑇐 the need for professional, contractual, financial, or legal review; or

                    𑇐 other practical circumstances.

          Users must not choose, promise, or publicly announce a:

                    𑇐 release date;

                    𑇐 publication date;

                    𑇐 launch date;

                    𑇐 campaign date;

                    𑇐 performance date;

                    𑇐 distributor delivery date;

                    𑇐 commercial deadline; or

                    𑇐 other fixed schedule

          on the assumption that The Sanctuary of Fragility will respond before that date.

          The sender is responsible for allowing sufficient time for any required:

                    𑇐 review;

                    𑇐 clarification;

                    𑇐 correction;

                    𑇐 rights verification;

                    𑇐 metadata verification;

                    𑇐 negotiation;

                    𑇐 documentation;

                    𑇐 agreement; or

                    𑇐 third-party clearance.

          Urgency created by the sender does not require The Sanctuary of Fragility to:

                    𑇐 accelerate the process;

                    𑇐 prioritise the submission;

                    𑇐 shorten a review;

                    𑇐 waive a requirement;

                    𑇐 approve the proposal; or

                    𑇐 respond before the sender’s preferred date.

Incomplete, Incorrect, Duplicate, or Unsuitable Submissions

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may delay, decline, close, disregard, or require replacement of a submission that is:

                    𑇐 incomplete;

                    𑇐 inaccurate;

                    𑇐 misleading;

                    𑇐 internally inconsistent;

                    𑇐 submitted through the wrong form;

                    𑇐 unrelated to the stated purpose of the form;

                    𑇐 duplicated;

                    𑇐 repeatedly resubmitted without materially new information;

                    𑇐 missing necessary details;

                    𑇐 dependent on inaccessible, unsafe, or unsuitable supporting materials;

                    𑇐 abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate;

                    𑇐 connected to an ineligible or prohibited use;

                    𑇐 submitted using false or unreliable contact information;

                    𑇐 submitted on behalf of another person or organisation without appropriate authority; or

                    𑇐 otherwise unsuitable for review.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may request:

                    𑇐 clarification;

                    𑇐 corrected information;

                    𑇐 updated information;

                    𑇐 additional information;

                    𑇐 safer or more accessible supporting material;

                    𑇐 a different form; or

                    𑇐 a new or replacement submission.

          A request for further information:

                    𑇐 does not indicate that the proposal is likely to be approved;

                    𑇐 does not grant permission to begin;

                    𑇐 does not reserve the proposed opportunity;

                    𑇐 does not create a duty to negotiate;

                    𑇐 does not guarantee continued review; and

                    𑇐 does not require The Sanctuary of Fragility to approve or continue the process after reviewing the additional information.

          If requested information is not provided within a reasonable period, the submission may be closed without further review.

Material Changes After Submission

          The sender must notify The Sanctuary of Fragility and provide updated information if the proposed use changes materially after submission.

          A material change may include a change to:

                    𑇐 the work or song involved;

                    𑇐 the recording or version;

                    𑇐 the language;

                    𑇐 the lyrics;

                    𑇐 the arrangement or adaptation;

                    𑇐 the use of original audio;

                    𑇐 the performer, cover artist, producer, or collaborators;

                    𑇐 the sponsor, brand, organisation, client, or other participating party;

                    𑇐 the platform;

                    𑇐 the distributor;

                    𑇐 the territory;

                    𑇐 the release date;

                    𑇐 the commercial purpose;

                    𑇐 the monetisation method;

                    𑇐 the advertising or promotional context;

                    𑇐 the project format;

                    𑇐 the rights-management settings;

                    𑇐 the use of Content ID or audio fingerprinting; or

                    𑇐 another fact relevant to the original submission, review, confirmation, permission, or agreement.

          The changed use must not proceed in reliance on an earlier:

                    𑇐 submission;

                    𑇐 acknowledgement;

                    𑇐 response;

                    𑇐 metadata confirmation;

                    𑇐 permission; or

                    𑇐 agreement

          unless The Sanctuary of Fragility expressly confirms in writing that the earlier response or arrangement continues to apply.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may require:

                    𑇐 updated information;

                    𑇐 a revised request;

                    𑇐 a different form;

                    𑇐 a new or replacement submission;

                    𑇐 new supporting material;

                    𑇐 revised terms; or

                    𑇐 a separate written agreement.

          A response, permission, or metadata confirmation based on earlier information does not automatically apply to a materially changed proposal.

No Obligation to Negotiate or Provide Detailed Reasons

          Submitting a form does not require The Sanctuary of Fragility to:

                    𑇐 review every submission;

                    𑇐 enter into negotiations;

                    𑇐 offer permission;

                    𑇐 offer a collaboration;

                    𑇐 propose alternative terms;

                    𑇐 provide legal, business, platform, distributor, licensing, or financial advice;

                    𑇐 identify every defect in a proposal;

                    𑇐 correct a submission on behalf of the sender;

                    𑇐 recommend a licence, platform, distributor, service provider, or professional adviser;

                    𑇐 provide detailed reasons for declining, disregarding, or closing a submission; or

                    𑇐 continue a discussion after deciding not to proceed.

          Where appropriate, The Sanctuary of Fragility may:

                    𑇐 provide a brief response;

                    𑇐 request further information;

                    𑇐 direct the sender to another form or procedure;

                    𑇐 identify a material concern;

                    𑇐 decline the proposal; or

                    𑇐 close the submission without detailed explanation.

Contact Information and Delivery

          The sender must provide an accurate and regularly monitored contact method.

          The sender is responsible for checking:

                    𑇐 the email address entered in the form;

                    𑇐 spam or junk folders;

                    𑇐 automated filtering systems;

                    𑇐 mailbox capacity;

                    𑇐 domain restrictions;

                    𑇐 blocked-sender settings; and

                    𑇐 other settings that may prevent delivery.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility is not responsible for a failure to receive a message caused by:

                    𑇐 inaccurate contact information;

                    𑇐 an abandoned or inaccessible account;

                    𑇐 spam filtering;

                    𑇐 mailbox limits;

                    𑇐 domain restrictions;

                    𑇐 technical failure;

                    𑇐 account suspension;

                    𑇐 third-party service failure; or

                    𑇐 another issue outside its reasonable control.

          Users should rely only on communications sent through an official contact method or otherwise expressly verified by The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          A message does not become an official permission, confirmation, or agreement merely because it appears to come from:

                    𑇐 a similar project name;

                    𑇐 an unofficial account;

                    𑇐 a collaborator;

                    𑇐 a fan;

                    𑇐 a platform user;

                    𑇐 a third party;

                    𑇐 a former participant; or

                    𑇐 a person claiming to represent The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          Where authenticity is uncertain, the sender must not proceed in reliance on the communication unless it has been expressly verified through an official channel.

8. Privacy and Information Handling

          Personal information submitted through a form, email, or related communication will be handled in accordance with the current Privacy Policy of The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          Depending on the form and the nature of the submission, The Sanctuary of Fragility may receive information including:

                    𑇐 a name, artist name, professional name, or public-facing name;

                    𑇐 contact information;

                    𑇐 public account, profile, channel, portfolio, or website information;

                    𑇐 information about the sender’s role or authority;

                    𑇐 information about a cover, release, distributor, metadata request, proposed project, collaboration, commercial use, or permission enquiry;

                    𑇐 links and supporting materials; and

                    𑇐 communications and administrative records relating to the submission.

          The information may be used to:

                    𑇐 receive and administer the submission;

                    𑇐 determine whether the relevant form or process is appropriate;

                    𑇐 contact the sender;

                    𑇐 request clarification or corrected information;

                    𑇐 assess a notification, metadata request, permission enquiry, collaboration proposal, or other proposed use;

                    𑇐 maintain records of notifications, confirmations, permissions, agreements, and decisions;

                    𑇐 administer and protect rights;

                    𑇐 prevent fraud, impersonation, misleading association, duplicate submissions, or unauthorised use; and

                    𑇐 manage complaints, disputes, legal obligations, or legal claims.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may use third-party form, email, cloud-storage, security, and other service providers to receive, transmit, store, organise, and manage information.

          The provider used may change. Information may therefore be stored or processed in Thailand or other countries according to the systems, infrastructure, terms, and privacy practices of the relevant provider.

          Information submitted directly to The Sanctuary of Fragility will ordinarily be accessible only to the person operating The Sanctuary of Fragility, authorised team members or representatives who reasonably require access, and relevant service providers.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not sell personal information.

          Unless expressly requested and reasonably necessary, users must not submit passwords, account credentials, payment or financial information, identification documents, unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential information, or personal information relating to another person without appropriate authority.

          Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant administrative, rights-management, contractual, security, record-keeping, or legal purpose.

          In general:

                    𑇐 a submission closed without further action may be retained in full for approximately three to eight months after closure;

                    𑇐 non-essential form responses, links, and supporting materials may ordinarily be deleted within approximately eight to thirty-six months after the matter is completed or closed;

                    𑇐 core information from a General Cover Notification may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain evidence of the notification and its scope;

                    𑇐 a limited case record may be retained where reasonably necessary for rights administration, duplicate-request management, fraud prevention, consistency, or dispute handling; and

                    𑇐 records relating to metadata confirmation, permission, an agreement, a complaint, a dispute, or a legal claim may be retained for as long as the matter remains relevant and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary for record keeping, rights administration, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

          Privacy questions or requests may be sent to:

          The forms governed by this Policy do not accept submissions or personal information directly from persons who are minors under the law applicable to them.

9. Keep Your Records

          Users should keep their own complete and accessible records relating to every form, request, notification, confirmation, permission, or agreement submitted to or received from The Sanctuary of Fragility.

          Depending on the type of process, useful records may include:

                    𑇐 a copy of the submitted form;

                    𑇐 the date and approximate time of submission;

                    𑇐 a copy of the information and links supplied;

                    𑇐 any automated acknowledgement;

                    𑇐 any confirmation page or reference number;

                    𑇐 any request for corrected, updated, or additional information;

                    𑇐 copies of follow-up correspondence;

                    𑇐 metadata supplied or confirmed by The Sanctuary of Fragility;

                    𑇐 express written permission;

                    𑇐 any attached conditions, limitations, or instructions;

                    𑇐 the identity of the project, work, recording, release, platform, territory, and parties covered;

                    𑇐 any applicable start date, end date, expiry date, or continuing obligation;

                    𑇐 any licence, commission, collaboration agreement, commercial-use agreement, or other written agreement; and

                    𑇐 any notice of suspension, withdrawal, termination, replacement, or amendment.

          An automated acknowledgement, submission receipt, delivery confirmation, screenshot of a completed form, or copy of submitted answers is evidence only that a submission appears to have been made or received.

          It is not evidence that:

                    𑇐 permission was granted;

                    𑇐 metadata was confirmed;

                    𑇐 a proposal was accepted;

                    𑇐 a collaboration was created;

                    𑇐 a use was approved;

                    𑇐 a licence or agreement was completed; or

                    𑇐 the sender acquired a right to proceed.

          Only an express written permission, confirmation, or agreement from The Sanctuary of Fragility may be relied upon as evidence of what has actually been approved or confirmed.

          The applicable written communication should be read according to its specific:

                    𑇐 wording;

                    𑇐 scope;

                    𑇐 purpose;

                    𑇐 conditions;

                    𑇐 limitations;

                    𑇐 materials;

                    𑇐 parties;

                    𑇐 platforms;

                    𑇐 territory;

                    𑇐 duration; and

                    𑇐 any later written amendment, suspension, withdrawal, or termination.

          Permission or confirmation relating to one work, version, recording, file, project, platform, party, territory, purpose, or period does not automatically apply to another.

          Users should not rely on:

                    𑇐 memory;

                    𑇐 informal verbal discussions;

                    𑇐 social-media interactions;

                    𑇐 likes, shares, comments, follows, or reposts;

                    𑇐 messages from unofficial accounts;

                    𑇐 statements made by a person without confirmed authority;

                    𑇐 assumptions based on silence or delay; or

                    𑇐 earlier permissions granted for a different use.

          Users are responsible for retaining records for as long as they may reasonably need to demonstrate:

                    𑇐 what was submitted;

                    𑇐 what information was relied upon;

                    𑇐 what was confirmed;

                    𑇐 what conditions applied;

                    𑇐 whether permission was still current; and

                    𑇐 whether the actual use remained within the authorised scope.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not guarantee that it will provide replacement copies of lost communications, submission records, metadata confirmations, permissions, or agreements.

          Users should therefore maintain their own secure copies and backups.

          Keeping a record does not extend, renew, expand, or preserve a permission beyond the terms actually granted.

10. Form Availability and Updates

          The Sanctuary of Fragility may revise, replace, suspend, restrict, close, relocate, or discontinue a form, submission method, instruction, link, or administrative procedure where reasonably necessary.

          This may occur in connection with:

                    𑇐 an update to the Rights and Usage Policy;

                    𑇐 changes to a form or its questions;

                    𑇐 changes to rights-management practices;

                    𑇐 changes to a platform, distributor, or service;

                    𑇐 technical maintenance;

                    𑇐 security or privacy concerns;

                    𑇐 administrative capacity;

                    𑇐 legal or regulatory requirements;

                    𑇐 changes to the project, its materials, or its activities; or

                    𑇐 another relevant operational reason.

Temporary Closure or Unavailability

          A form may be temporarily unavailable while it is being:

                    𑇐 reviewed;

                    𑇐 revised;

                    𑇐 replaced;

                    𑇐 tested;

                    𑇐 maintained;

                    𑇐 moved to another service;

                    𑇐 protected against misuse; or

                    𑇐 updated to reflect a new Policy or procedure.

          The temporary or permanent unavailability of a form does not:

                    𑇐 waive the requirement to use that form;

                    𑇐 create permission to proceed without it;

                    𑇐 convert a request into an approval;

                    𑇐 allow a person to use another form for an unsuitable purpose;

                    𑇐 authorise the use of original audio;

                    𑇐 authorise a distributor release without metadata confirmation;

                    𑇐 authorise a commercial, collaborative, or special use; or

                    𑇐 create an exception from the Rights and Usage Policy.

          Where a required form is unavailable, a user must not begin a new use, submit a new release, or proceed with a pending proposal that requires notification, confirmation, negotiation, or written permission merely because the form cannot currently be accessed.

          This does not, by itself, suspend a notification, confirmation, permission, or agreement that was properly completed before the form became unavailable and that remains valid according to its applicable terms.

          Unless The Sanctuary of Fragility expressly provides another method, the user should wait until the relevant form or procedure becomes available.

Broken, Outdated, or Replaced Links

          A broken, outdated, relocated, suspended, closed, or replaced link does not by itself:

                    𑇐 remove a requirement;

                    𑇐 expand a permission;

                    𑇐 confirm that an older form remains valid;

                    𑇐 authorise submission through an unofficial channel;

                    𑇐 require The Sanctuary of Fragility to accept information sent elsewhere; or

                    𑇐 allow the proposed use to proceed.

          Users should use only the form links and instructions currently published through an official The Sanctuary of Fragility page or communication.

          The Sanctuary of Fragility is not responsible for copies of forms, screenshots, archived pages, reposted instructions, unofficial links, or third-party summaries that are no longer current.

Pending Submissions and Updated Procedures

          The version of a form, instruction, or procedure available at the time of submission will ordinarily govern the information required for that submission.

          However, submitting a form does not permanently preserve or fix:

                    𑇐 the Policy version;

                    𑇐 the applicable requirements;

                    𑇐 the review procedure;

                    𑇐 the administrative process; or

                    𑇐 the decision-making criteria

          that existed on the submission date.

          Where review, confirmation, negotiation, approval, or another required process remains incomplete when an updated Policy, form, instruction, or procedure takes effect, The Sanctuary of Fragility may apply the updated requirements to the remaining process.

          Where reasonably necessary, The Sanctuary of Fragility may:

                    𑇐 request updated, corrected, or additional information;

                    𑇐 ask the sender to confirm that the proposal remains unchanged;

                    𑇐 provide new instructions;

                    𑇐 transfer the information to an updated process;

                    𑇐 require the use of another form;

                    𑇐 close, suspend, or discontinue the earlier submission; or

                    𑇐 require a new or replacement submission.

          A pending submission does not:

                    𑇐 grant permission;

                    𑇐 reserve rights;

                    𑇐 guarantee continued review under an earlier Policy;

                    𑇐 create an entitlement to approval; or

                    𑇐 prevent The Sanctuary of Fragility from updating its requirements.

Completed Notifications, Confirmations, and Agreements

          An update will not ordinarily invalidate an action that was already properly completed before the update took effect.

          In particular, a compliant General Cover Notification Form that had already completed its notification function will not ordinarily become invalid merely because a later Policy, form, or procedure is introduced.

          A metadata confirmation, written permission, licence, collaboration agreement, commercial-use agreement, or other completed written arrangement continues according to its own terms.

          An updated form or procedure does not automatically amend, cancel, expand, or replace a completed written agreement or express written permission.

          However, the continued or later use of materials may still be affected where:

                    𑇐 the use changes materially;

                    𑇐 the permission or agreement requires compliance with later Policy versions;

                    𑇐 the applicable agreement permits amendment, suspension, withdrawal, or termination;

                    𑇐 a legal, safety, fraud, platform, or third-party-rights issue arises; or

                    𑇐 another applicable provision of the Rights and Usage Policy applies.

No Guarantee of Continued Availability

          The Sanctuary of Fragility does not guarantee that:

                    𑇐 every form will remain available permanently;

                    𑇐 a particular service provider will continue hosting a form;

                    𑇐 the same questions or procedures will remain in use;

                    𑇐 every submission channel will remain open;

                    𑇐 an older form will be accepted after replacement;

                    𑇐 a temporary closure will end within a particular period; or

                    𑇐 every proposed type of use will continue to be accepted for enquiry.
